Individual Psychotherapy
Utilizing Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), our therapeutic service ensures that human beings grow and thrive through, and toward, authentic connection in their lives, making supportive relationships the central source of meaning and psychological well-being.
Through person-centered and culturally-sensitive psychotherapy, the delivery of care recognizes, respects, and integrates the unique cultural backgrounds, beliefs, values, customs, and behaviors of each client into their treatment plan.
The sessions support adult clients (18 and over) from diverse backgrounds, including people of color and elders, who experience challenges in life transitions, work-related stress or burnout, and relationship issues, while promoting individual, racial, ethnic, and personal development.
